I was still feeling very afraid about moving up to B Div, discussing how tough the competition will be.
But here we are, as a team, drinking from the B' Div champions cup.
I really cannot belive it.
Looking back now, it has really been the most choppy journey that i had sailed. So many things had happened and it came to a point that i was really giving up.
Started from the friendly game with MGS, our fitness level was bad, the making of the jacket, unable to ome for thursdays training due to AEP, the photo taking incident, nearly couldnt play in the zonals finals, the killer punishment and guilt, the shoe sizes, the slight friction with the teachers about medals, the jersey, some of us lost your motivation, not listening to coach's instructions and the unreasonable man during warm up.
"i may not know it, but these are the moments that i'm gonna remember most"
However, these challenges that we had to face as a team had really tested the bond between us, which i can proudly say is unbreakable. I am really thankful now, for having such a great team. We have learnt to live with each other's imperfections, which really makes us perfect in a way. I really want to thank the team for bearing all the trouble that i have caused. What really had me going on was all your encouragements.
Thank Lindsay for the wonderful job with our awesome jacket and changing into my bloody and sweaty jersey on the day of finals. Thank Alycia for your brilliant shouting skills and words of power in times of difficulties. Thank Angela for your quick thinking skills in helping us solve immediate problems and always there beside coach helping to take the statistics, which help us to improve your weaknesses. Thank Jaime for writting the Hail Mary prayer for me and always being so enthusiastic and supportive.
Ok.
We are on Today's newspaper everyone!
But i didnt manage to get a copy though. Read online.
Went to the docto this morning.
I was waiting in the clinic then this man came out of the washroom and walked pass me with a roll of toilet paper in his hands. I thought he just did some test the doctor asked him to do but he didnt look sick to me so i was puzzled. When it was my turn, i went in and saw that the doctor was the man who came out of the toilet. I was stunned. He was wearing this polo shirt and jeans. Whatever happened to the white robes and ties?!?! and he was looking kinda funny at the giraffe plaster i had on my head.
Anyway, he told me he could do nothing much and a stitch would not help as my wound is not a cut, which is an opening that could be sewed and closed. Mine is more of a dent and there is nothing that he could sewed on. He talked about scars for a while and gave a something to apply to prevent infection. When i was waiting to pay for the bill, i was thinking about what he said and i laughed.
" You wanna a piece of me?" The Nanyang player really did had a piece of me.HAHA:D
IN LOVE WITH (THIS) "MAD WORLD"!
