After wasting all my energy worrying about triangle, i am satisfied with my performance today. Started training on the edge of breaking cause we just couldnt find the yellow set of bibs and was freaking out cause if coach wants to use it hehn we are all doom. until now still haven't figure out where it went. Our blue set of bibs went missing too. I think we have to buy a new set of bibs if we still cannot find them.

2.4 km run was alright thought still far from target, medicine ball circuit was normal but could have been done faster. Triangle drill was phew! Triangle drill was the core reason why i dreaded training so much as it is both tiring and stressful. But today, i felt that both Clarice and i did well. We had a few of those drills when we got over it after one try and some of those which needed a few tries and no more. We were encouraging in a way that words need not be said. I think we have worked well today Clarice:)

So after triangle drill, we did center pass defending cause coach said we were horrible at it. Did different combinations till the end of training while some of us take turns to help defend the juniors. the juniors were a bunch of funny people.

All in all, it is the people that make up IJ netball team that we couldnt bear to call an end to (this special relationship we have).
