Somewhere somehow, a simple game of netball got so complicated.
It is no longer a game where you play for the fun of it and for the good times shared with your teammates.
Somewhere somehow, other people got involved.
Living up to the standard set so high by your seniors got involved.
Continuity to bring glory to the school got involved.
Having the whole school making sacrifises and depending on you got involved.

It is no wonder why we could never play a simple game of netball ever again.
It is no wonder why we could never enjoy the game as much as we started out to.
It is no wonder why we crumbled and failed not once but twice.

In theory, we should have won this year's Nationals Netball Championships because we "had six starters from last year’s national championship winning team". However, the fact is that we did not and nothing can change the result so stop telling us what could have happen if we did whatever we did not do. You were only watching from outside and never will be able to understand how we felt, just like an old and well-respected chair being sat upon the whole time by a big fat ass, which can never stop growing.
